Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Superposition Digital LLC (“Superposition Digital” or the “Company”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through superposition.digital (the “Site”), its emails, and its services. Where the Company processes personal information on a client’s behalf under a services agreement, that agreement governs, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to that information.

1. Information Collected

Information you provide. Name, email address, and message when you use the contact form; email address when you request a white paper or other resource; the details you enter when you book a call; and business contact, billing, and project information when you become a client.

Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, which collect card or bank details directly. The Company receives only limited payment information, such as the amount, the date, and the last digits of the card.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, its hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, and time of the request. The Company uses this to operate, secure, and measure the Site, including counting visits in aggregate. The Site itself does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. Third-party pages it links to, such as scheduling or payment pages, may use their own cookies under their own policies.

Email activity. Email delivery providers record whether messages are delivered and may record when they are opened or links in them are clicked.

2. How Information Is Used

• to respond to messages and schedule calls;
• to send requested resources, such as a white paper and its download link;
• to send one follow-up email after a resource request, and occasional business emails, each with a way to opt out;
• to provide, bill for, and support services;
• to process payments and to prevent fraud, spam, and abuse;
• to understand and improve the Site; and
• to comply with law and enforce agreements.

The Company does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. How Information Is Shared

Personal information is shared only:

• with service providers that process it on the Company’s behalf, such as website hosting and form handling, email delivery, scheduling, payment processing, analytics, and cloud storage, under terms that limit their use of it;
• with payment processors, for example Stripe, which may also collect information about the devices that connect to their services and use it to operate and improve those services, including to detect fraud, as described in their own privacy policies;
• when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company or others;
• in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of all or part of the business; and
• with your consent.

4. Google User Data

If any Company application receives information from Google APIs, its use and transfer of that information to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Email Choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by writing to the contact address below. Opt-out requests are honored within ten business days. Emails needed to deliver a requested resource or to provide services may still be sent.

6. Retention

Personal information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and then deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.

7. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, access to personal information is limited to those who need it, and service providers are chosen with their security practices in mind. Card data is handled only by payment processors that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and is never stored by the Company. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information the Company holds about you, to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing. To make a request, contact the Company using the details below. The Company will verify the request, respond within the time required by applicable law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If a request is denied, you may appeal by replying to the decision, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Company relies on these legal bases: performance of a contract, its legitimate interests in operating and marketing its business, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

9. International Transfers

The Company and its service providers are based in, or process information in, the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Children

The Site and the services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date.
